Caviar Limes in Season!

CAVIAR LIME MINT MARGARITA

 

A coastal cocktail born in Santa Barbara, California

Ingredients:

5-7 mint leaves

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1.5 oz. Tequila

1/2 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau

3 Good Land Organics Caviar Limes

1/4 cup sparkling water

ice

Instructions:

1) In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with a splash of lemon juice. Add remaining lemon juice, tequila, triple sec and a handful of ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.

2) Cut 2 caviar limes the short way and squeeze pearls directly into the cocktail. Add sparkling water. Cut the third caviar lime lengthwise. Garnish with caviar lime, a small slice of lemon, and mint leaves.
