131: Q Processing Course Level 2 - Professional * Course & Exam
The Q Processing Level 2 - Professional course and exam is a 6-day program designed for students who have had significant hands-on coffee processing experience through multiple harvests. Through lectures, cuppings, and hands-on processing work the course covers the scientific and theoretical foundations of coffee processing as well as good practices and quality control in the main processing methods (natural, honey, washed). Students passing all 15 exams will receive the title and certificate of Q Processing Professional.
